The Sauces
We have five distinct and individual sauces to add to your experience. Try them all, or even mix them together to your liking.
Sweet Sauce
Our original tomato based BBQ sauce. Tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce blended with plenty of black pepper give this sauce a sweet and tangy kick that blends well with any of our meats. Recommended on ribs, pork , and brisket
Mustard Sauce
A regional favorite, our mustard sauce adds a great flavor to both pork and chicken
Spicy Sauce
Spicy, but not too spicy, we like to say this sauce has a “slow burn.” Recommended on brisket
Vinegar Sauce
This is not your average vinegar sauce. Add it to your pulled pork and let it soak in for a minute or two before digging in. After it soaks in, the flavor mellows, leaving a sweet and almost malty flavor
White Sauce
Our version of the mayo and vinegar Alabama classic. Recommended on chicken and wings.
